03 — The invoice
One line on the invoice
You pay for the plan once a year. There are no seats to count and no add-ons to total. The invoice shows the plan, the period and the amount, and that is the whole document.
Storage is the only meter, and it sits in the sidebar where you can see it.
04 — Billing questions
Asked before paying
What am I billed for?
One plan, once a year: $159 for Sketch, $369 for Studio or $700 for Atelier. Nothing is added per teammate or per design.
When does the charge happen?
On the day you start, then on the same date each year. The monthly figures on this page are for comparison only; no monthly charges are made.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing panel in settings and turn off renewal. The plan keeps working until the end of the year you paid for, and your kit stays available for export.
Can I change plans partway through the year?
Yes. Pick a different plan in the billing panel and it takes effect on your next renewal. Write to support@tryfontaine.com if you need a change sooner.
Which payment details are kept?
Only what a renewal needs. Invoices can be downloaded from the billing panel at any time.
